Implementation Specialist (Mandarin/English)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Support merchants with sandbox setup, test credentials, portal configuration, and integration across Coda products.
• Answer API configuration questions and troubleshoot callback failures, parameter mismatches, and invalid environments.
• Join technical sessions with publishers and provide integration guidance for non-technical partners.
• Coordinate go-live readiness, UAT validation, launch checklists, timelines, and early performance monitoring.
• Support post-launch reporting through SFTP and webhooks, investigate discrepancies, and document recurring solutions.
• Coordinate case handovers and clarifications with Technical Support, Product, Development, Commercial, Compliance, and Finance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with API integration concepts, preferably REST.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical concept translation skills.
• Native Mandarin with professional Chinese reading and writing skills, plus fluent English.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced technical environment.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Postman, SQL, or basic scripting.
• Familiarity with Jira, GitBook or API documentation, and log-based troubleshooting.
