Client Services Analyst (Fintech): Supporting Eze OMS/PMA clients in the Asia Pacific region by resolving technical issues, providing functional guidance, and optimizing financial software workflows with an accent on client support, troubleshooting, and financial markets. Focus on diagnosing configuration, data integrity, and performance problems, conducting product training, and coordinating complex issue resolution with engineering and development teams.
Location: Hong Kong, Hong Kong; hybrid work model

What you will do
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests related to Eze Software products.
- Diagnose software configuration, data integrity, and system performance issues.
- Provide functional guidance to help clients optimize financial workflows.
- Escalate complex issues, track resolutions, and document client interactions in CRM systems.
- Conduct client training sessions and demonstrations of new functionality.
- Support client onboarding, setup, configuration, product feedback, and release readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing support role, preferably in financial technology.
- Understanding of financial markets, investment management, and trading workflows.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Experience troubleshooting software applications and understanding database concepts such as SQL.
- Fluency in English is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and ticketing systems.
- Proficiency in other Asian languages.
