Senior Business Analyst (Payments)

What you will do

• Collect requirements from stakeholders and identify business needs.
• Create and maintain requirements specifications, user stories, and related documentation.
• Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose workflow improvements.
• Connect technical teams, management, and end users throughout solution delivery.
• Prepare and present reports for stakeholders at different organizational levels.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop, test, and validate business solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of business analyst experience in payments or financial services.
• Experience with AML transaction monitoring or fraud detection.
• Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects from concept to delivery.
• Strong requirements writing, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Basic Oracle SQL knowledge.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and sprints using JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, or equivalent tools.
