Location: Remote, Washington, USA

Base salary: $135,800–$203,600 USD gross in Zone A; $153,400–$230,200 USD gross in Zone B; $172,400–$258,600 USD gross in Zone C.

What you will do

• Lead a new team delivering hirify.global platform support for games on TV and mobile form factors.
• Drive near-term execution and the team’s technical strategy across cloud Linux streaming, Web builds, and native iOS and Android.
• Deliver stable platform support and developer workflows that unlock platform-specific capabilities.
• Lead optimization initiatives to improve hirify.global efficiency across a wide range of target devices.
• Collaborate with hirify.global engineering and graphics teams, Product owners, and external platform partners.
• Mentor, coach, and develop engineers while building a high-performance and supportive team culture.

Requirements

• Experience developing and managing a high-performance software engineering team.
• Technical knowledge of desktop, mobile, and Web platform technology stacks and platform APIs for native applications.
• Experience aligning technical specifications and interdependencies with Product owners and external partners.
• Software engineering expertise with working familiarity in C++, C#, and JavaScript.
• Ability to understand a large and complex software product.
• Professional English proficiency is required for frequent verbal and written communication with colleagues and partners worldwide.

Nice to have

• Experience with real-time 3D rendering techniques and graphics APIs such as Vulkan or WebGPU.
• Experience developing innovative optimization solutions.
• Experience leading remote teams using Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with applying AI in software development.
