Manager (C#/.NET)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid work with attendance at an hirify.global office in Massachusetts at least 6 days per month

Salary: $178,131–$190,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, performance reviews, feedback, coaching, mentoring, and team guidance.
• Lead one or two scrum teams while remaining hands-on with coding and technical decision-making.
• Develop, test, review, and maintain the Eze OMS product suite in a Windows environment.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and incrementally replace a legacy Delphi codebase.
• Collaborate with QA and Product Management to implement business requirements.
• Provide operational and tier-3 production support, including issue triage and resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of engineering experience, including 1 year of people management and 3 years in a technical team lead capacity.
• At least 5 years of Delphi experience and 8 years of object-oriented programming with C# or Java and SQL.
• At least 8 years of experience with Microsoft frontend technologies, automation testing, troubleshooting tools, and API development.
• Experience with AWS, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, web frameworks, security technologies, and Git-based source control.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, technical discussions, high-performance software, and player-coach team leadership.
