Value Stream Lead, Athene Programme

What you will do

• Own the value stream scope, roadmap, integrated plan and expected outcomes across an interconnected portfolio of projects.
• Coordinate priorities, dependencies, risks and delivery challenges across projects and adjacent value streams.
• Facilitate governance forums and decision-making processes, maintaining action and decision logs and driving follow-up.
• Consolidate project inputs into transparent, decision-ready reporting for programme leadership and stream boards.
• Support Project Managers with governance, planning and reporting practices, challenging assumptions and driving corrective actions.
• Work with Group IT, Business Transformation, business stakeholders and programme leadership within the Athene Programme.

Requirements

• Experience in programme management, project management, PMO or large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of planning, governance, dependency management and risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation and influencing skills.
• Ability to create clear insights and recommendations from complex information.
• Experience working across multiple projects and stakeholder groups simultaneously.
• Familiarity with PMO frameworks, reporting practices and governance processes.

Nice to have

• PRINCE2, PMI or PMO-related professional certification.
