Senior Delivery Manager (Energy)

Location: Trinity House, Nottingham, United Kingdom; hybrid working

Salary: £61,601–£74,963 per year, plus company car or car allowance and employee benefits.

What you will do

• Lead the delivery of the Warm Homes Social Housing Fund, Warm Homes Local Grant, and other complex energy programmes.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with local authorities, housing associations, contractors, and delivery partners.
• Deliver operational, volume, commercial, and customer outcome targets across multiple programmes.
• Manage, motivate, and develop Project Managers, Scheme Managers, and Project Administrators.
• Drive continuous improvement, best practice, and efficient customer journeys.
• Maintain governance, compliance, risk management, and performance reporting for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Experience managing senior customer and stakeholder relationships from board level to operational teams.
• Strong strategic partnering, commercial, contract management, and programme management experience.
• A proven track record of successfully delivering complex programmes.
• Knowledge of retrofit, energy efficiency, and/or renewable energy.
• Ability to manage multiple programmes and competing stakeholder priorities.
• Excellent communication, influencing, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.
