Product Director (Fiat/Payments)

hirify.global develops global fiat and payments products and infrastructure, including banking integrations, payment rails, on/off ramps, local payment methods, payouts, and card funding flows.

What you will do

• Own the global vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Fiat & Payments domain.
• Lead development of bank integrations, local payment methods, on/off ramps, payouts, and card funding products.
• Partner with Engineering, Compliance, Operations, Finance, and external providers to deliver scalable payment infrastructure.
• Drive expansion into new markets and payment ecosystems.
• Manage relationships with banking partners, payment processors, and fintech infrastructure providers.
• Define product metrics and mentor Product Managers while remaining involved in execution.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, including significant experience in fiat, payments, banking, fintech, or financial infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of bank transfers, cards, payouts, and alternative payment methods.
• Track record of delivering complex products involving multiple external partners and integrations.
• Experience building products across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory environments.
• Familiarity with ACH, SEPA, Faster Payments, PIX, SPEI, and UPI.
• Strong analytical, strategic, execution, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with crypto, stablecoins, wallets, or digital asset infrastructure.
• Experience with system architecture for scalability.
• People management experience.
