Warehouse Logistics Specialist

Location: Vignate, Milan, Italy; hybrid work model.

Minimum annual salary: €36,000, plus eligibility for a company productivity bonus.

What you will do

• Oversee warehouse activities across the full process, from incoming goods to reverse logistics.
• Maintain complete and accurate data in the ERP system.
• Check EDI transactions and correct system errors to ensure smooth warehouse communication flows.
• Identify root causes and resolve operational issues systematically.
• Coordinate daily with suppliers and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure packing, storage, replenishment, picking, loading, and dispatching are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.

Requirements

• Experience working with ERP, WMS, and TMS systems.
• Knowledge of the SAP platform is preferred.
• Technical diploma or degree in management engineering.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a systematic approach.
• Italian and English communication skills required.
• Experience in logistics is an advantage.
