What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product setup through launch and trading.
• Create line-level product forecasts and order requirements based on performance and stock levels.
• Manage stock through critical path tracking, progression, and replenishment.
• Identify pricing and promotional opportunities and make recommendations using pricing tools such as Revionics.
• Support sourcing new suppliers or brands and contribute to range building, forecasting, trading, and promotional activity.
• Produce ad hoc reports and collaborate with trading, marketing, customer experience, and category teams.

Requirements

• Experience in retail merchandising, buying, stock planning, or a related field.
• Strong Excel and numerical skills.
• Ability to analyze and communicate insights clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Collaborative approach with effective relationship-building skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Hiring process
