Global Demand Planner (Supply Chain/Medtech): Developing demand forecasts and managing inventory across global distribution locations supporting service parts and commercial materials, with an accent on quantitative analysis, supply chain network optimisation, and S&OP collaboration. Focus on designing forecasting models, improving stock availability and turnover, and solving complex planning challenges across more than 55 strategic locations and 90 countries.
Location: Crawley, United Kingdom; work from the Crawley HQ 4 days per week and 1 day from home

What you will do
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts using data analysis, market trends, and business insights.
- Manage inventory performance across more than 55 global distribution locations.
- Support supply chain network design, warehouse utilisation, distribution strategies, and stocking locations.
- Analyse supply chain performance and KPIs to drive data-based decisions and continuous improvement.
- Lead and support demand planning within the S&OP process with Sales, Product Management, Procurement, Operations, and IT.
- Maintain planning systems, forecasting tools, and supply chain processes while supporting internal stakeholders across regions.
Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, Management Science, Operational Research, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in supply chain, planning, logistics, or operations.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead meetings, manage multiple priorities, and build relationships with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
- Application and résumé must be submitted in English.
