Broadcast Engineer

Location: Andrews Hub, Eveleigh, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia; onsite full-time

NEP provides outsourced television production and technical services for live sports, entertainment, corporate events, and recorded content worldwide.

What you will do

• Manage the technical quality and operational condition of Hub productions.
• Set up, calibrate, and maintain outside broadcast and studio production equipment.
• Ensure compliance with signal standards across assigned projects.
• Work with a small engineering team and coordinate with clients and production personnel.
• Prioritize time-critical work according to on-air importance.

Requirements

• Engineering experience, preferably in broadcasting and networking.
• Good understanding of outside broadcast workflows.
• Ability to work under time constraints and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with team members and clients.
• Ability to work in Australia is required; sponsorship to work in Australia will be considered.

Nice to have

• Understanding of SMPTE 2110.
