Electrical Operator Maintainer

Location: Erskine Park, New South Wales, Australia. Onsite role working 12-hour rotating day and night shifts, 5 days a week.

What you will do

• Operate machinery and production equipment safely to maintain continuous line performance.
• Perform equipment and process inspections, plant setups, isolations, and troubleshooting.
• Find faults in PLC, drives, data network, HMI, and instrumentation systems.
• Provide technical support, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions to improve equipment reliability.
• Work with operations, maintenance, and cross-functional teams to improve equipment efficiency and product quality.

Requirements

• Electrical trade qualifications and a current NSW Electrical License.
• Experience with technical equipment including PLCs, drives, HMIs, networks, and fault-finding.
• Experience in a similar industrial manufacturing environment.
• Ability to prioritise work, resolve problems efficiently, and work in a fast-paced environment.
