CRM Manager (iGaming)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; hybrid way of working.

GameTech company operating the Betano brand across 20 markets, with a diverse international workforce.

What you will do

• Develop and own the local CRM strategy and CRM plan for Sportsbook and Casino products.
• Plan and execute personalized, targeted campaigns across onsite messaging, email, messaging, and social media.
• Coordinate automated lifecycle journeys with the CRM Strategy Team and share local market insights.
• Manage campaign delivery, stakeholder communication, bonus budget allocation, and performance reporting.
• Lead customer segmentation, identify customer touchpoints, and develop campaigns based on customer insights.
• Monitor competitor activity and local advertising and consumer protection standards.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle management, or marketing, preferably in a technology company.
• Proven experience developing and implementing customer-focused campaign strategies.
• Experience extracting customer insights from data and managing complex multi-channel campaigns.
• Professional experience with CRM tools such as Adobe Campaign or Salesforce CRM.
• Strong organization, planning, prioritization, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent command of English.
