Junior CRO Manager

Location: Remote within the European Union and the listed countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Ukraine. Applicants must be located within approximately ±4 hours of CET.

What you will do

• Build alternative landing pages and funnel flows to test messaging, structure, and offers.
• Use Claude and other AI tools to create experiment mockups and design variants.
• Configure A/B tests, define success metrics, and verify tracking before launch.
• Manage the experiment pipeline, brief engineers, and follow tests through rollout.
• Research funnels, competitors, and user behavior to propose new test hypotheses.
• Support result analysis, document learnings, and maintain the testing roadmap.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in CRO, growth, product, or digital marketing.
• Ability to build convincing pages and make practical design decisions independently.
• Proactive execution style, strong judgment, attention to detail, and comfort with ambiguity.
• Strong written and verbal English is required for daily hypotheses, tickets, and summaries.
• Experience using Claude or similar AI tools in professional work.
• Ability to work within approximately ±4 hours of CET is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with landing page builders, no-code tools, or basic HTML/CSS.
• Familiarity with Mixpanel, Google Analytics, GrowthBook, or similar tools.
• Exposure to subscription or SaaS funnels.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
