Marketing Specialist (Legal AI)

Location: Hybrid, with in-person collaboration at the Sofia office

Annual salary: €28,000–€36,000 OTE, plus equity

What you will do

• Own legal events end to end, from identifying opportunities and planning participation to execution and post-event analysis.
• Coordinate participation in conferences, trade fairs, webinars, and partner events.
• Build and grow social media communities through consistent content and relevant professional networks.
• Support campaigns by adapting messaging, claims, and landing pages for different markets.
• Define objectives, timelines, and KPIs with marketing, partnerships, and leadership teams.
• Analyze campaign and event performance, collect feedback, and improve future activities.

Requirements

• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to take ownership from idea through execution and results.
• Experience or strong interest in events, campaigns, social media, and community building.
• Ability to analyze performance across channels, regions, and creative assets.
• Ability to collaborate with marketing, partnerships, communications, and leadership teams in a fast-moving startup environment.
