ORM Manager / Evangelist

Location: Remote in Germany, with hybrid or completely onsite work available near offices in Berlin, Cologne, Hamburg, or Munich

What you will do

• Monitor Reddit, Discord, and other online platforms, triage brand mentions, and engage in relevant technical conversations.
• Create tutorials, GPU workload guides, infrastructure tips, product launch announcements, promotional posts, competitor positioning, and event content.
• Plan content in a rolling calendar in collaboration with Marketing and maintain community intervention playbooks.
• Build hirify.global’s internal advocacy programme by engaging technically fluent colleagues across Product and Engineering.
• Report on sentiment, Share of Voice, and platform activity to inform product and marketing decisions.
• Report directly to the Head of Creative Marketing with visibility up to the CMO.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in community management, ORM, social media, or content marketing.
• Hands-on experience with ORM or social listening platforms such as Brandwatch, Mention, Sprinklr, or similar.
• Experience with sentiment analysis, Share of Voice reporting, social media content creation, and commercial marketing content.
• Experience engaging developer or technology-focused communities and translating community insights into decisions.
• Strong communication, conflict handling, ownership, analytical, and network-building skills.
• Fluent English at C1+ level is required; German, Spanish, and Portuguese are optional.

Nice to have

• Experience coordinating events or conferences and managing ORM agencies or external vendors.
• Background in cloud infrastructure, hosting, SaaS, developer tools, or B2B technology marketing.
• AI, SEO, GAIO monitoring, Google Analytics, or ORM platform certifications.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Spanish or Portuguese for LATAM coverage, German language skills, and strong Reddit karma.
