Tech Community Lead (Content & Events, AI)

Location: Spain or New York preferred; other locations may be considered if frequent travel is possible. Regular travel is required.

Boutique AI firm building and deploying production AI systems for regulated industries and developing AI-native products through its Venture Builder.

What you will do

• Build the technical AI community from scratch, defining its concept, formats, rituals, channels, and growth strategy.
• Create and run company events while securing participation in relevant external events.
• Turn engineering knowledge, applied AI use cases, and project learnings into content that drives meaningful community discussion.
• Package frontier-model partnerships and technical insights with a high creative and innovative standard.
• Represent the company and connect it with other technical communities, including acting as a spokesperson at selected events.
• Coordinate the full community operation, including agencies and external partners where needed.

Requirements

• Understanding of technology and the structure of genuinely technical communities.
• Ability to organize, appreciate, and package technical content.
• Proactive, creative, independent, and ownership-oriented approach.
• Excellent English communication skills required.
• Regular travel is required.

Nice to have

• Spanish language skills.
• Experience acting as a spokesperson at events.
