Community Manager, Expert Network (AI)

What you will do

• Build and foster an engaged community of contract experts across multiple disciplines.
• Manage communications, feedback, engagement programs, and relationships throughout the contractor lifecycle.
• Coordinate rapid staffing, onboarding, offboarding, scheduling, and project logistics.
• Collect and review contractor hours, resolve timesheet discrepancies, and maintain records supporting payroll and client billing.
• Maintain staffing trackers, workforce planning spreadsheets, dashboards, and operational reports.
• Improve data quality, spreadsheet organization, automation, and reporting processes.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in community management, operations, customer success, people operations, recruiting, or a similar role.
• Experience managing communications with large groups or distributed communities.
• Strong Google Sheets and spreadsheet skills, including organizing large datasets and maintaining operational trackers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects, meet deadlines, adapt to shifting priorities, and work proactively.
• Comfort balancing community engagement with detailed operational and data work.

Nice to have

• Experience working with contractor populations or contingent workforces.
• Experience with ATS, HRIS, CRM, or project management tools.
• Startup experience.
