Senior Customer Success Architect (AI Security)

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel; full-time onsite

hirify.global is building an AI Security and Governance Platform for visibility and protection across the AI lifecycle, including development, production, and autonomous agents.

What you will do

• Own post-sales relationships and technical direction for a portfolio of enterprise customers.
• Build deployment roadmaps and success plans with clear phases, owners, target dates, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and advise CISOs, AI governance stakeholders, and architecture teams on AI security programs.
• Scope deployments, review integrations, and investigate issues using API documentation and logs.
• Drive adoption beyond initial rollout by identifying additional workloads, teams, and use cases.
• Coordinate Customer Engineering, Product, Research, Engineering, Security, and Support resources to resolve blockers and share customer insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing cybersecurity roles, with a strong background in Solutions Engineering or Solutions Architecture.
• Experience owning enterprise customer strategy, deployment planning, success plans, executive reviews, and ongoing adoption.
• Strong technical ability to scope deployments, assess integration requirements, read API documentation and logs, and communicate findings with R&D.
• Strong cybersecurity expertise and understanding of generative AI, LLM applications, RAG, AI agents, AI development pipelines, and MCP.
• Confidence working with CISOs, AI governance teams, architecture stakeholders, and risk and GRC discussions.
• Experience at an early-stage cybersecurity company and the ability to work independently with evolving products and incomplete documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI security, AI governance, or securing generative AI applications and autonomous agents.
• Familiarity with NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP guidance, MITRE ATLAS, and emerging AI regulation.
• Experience across both pre-sales technical and post-sales customer-facing roles.
