Senior Vice President, Credit Practices - Asset Finance

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with four days in the office each week

Base salary: GBP 134,700–195,566.66 annually; 30% annual bonus target

What you will do

• Serve as a subject-matter expert for analytical teams covering Asset Finance, Project Finance, PPP, Infrastructure, and other sectors.
• Guide teams on complex credit issues, methodology application, macroeconomic conditions, and sector trends.
• Participate in and chair rating committees.
• Identify cross-sector themes, systemic risks, and developments affecting credit quality.
• Contribute to credit thought leadership and maintain methodologies across multiple asset classes.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of fundamental credit experience, including substantial experience at a rating agency, lending institution, private credit platform, or comparable organization.
• Deep experience in Asset Finance credit sectors, including Project Finance, PPP, or Infrastructure.
• Strong financial analysis, research, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing and mentoring analytical teams in a performance-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, data science, economics, or a related discipline.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
