Brand Producer, Link

Location: Remote in the United States, or office-based in Atlanta or Chicago. Remote employees must live at least 35 miles (56 km) from a Stripe office; office-assigned employees spend at least 50% of each month in the local office or with users.

Salary: $137,100–$205,700 annual US base salary.

What you will do

• Lead Link brand program management, including roadmaps, budgets, project scope, timelines, and resourcing.
• Manage simultaneous creative projects across brand strategy, web, digital, social, brand systems, integrated campaigns, and email.
• Scale and evolve Link design systems and refine processes to reduce operational friction.
• Coordinate with cross-functional design teams, leadership, creatives, marketers, and external agencies.
• Own project documentation, tooling, trackers, meetings, updates, risk management, and escalations.
• Source, onboard, and oversee creative agencies while upholding design quality.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in similar roles and industries.
• Strong strategic, program management, organization, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, complex roadmaps, and cross-functional processes.
• Design sense and production experience across brand systems, web and digital surfaces, motion and animation, email templates, reusable assets, and integrated campaigns.
• Active use of AI tooling for scheduling, workflow management, asset scaling, and operational efficiency, with experience implementing AI systems for team adoption.
• Experience in an in-house brand environment and a proven record of producing scalable creative systems.
