Director of Strategic Alliances (AI Security)

hirify.global is building an AI Security and Governance Platform for visibility and protection across the AI and LLM lifecycle, from development to production and autonomous agents.

What you will do

• Own the strategy and execution of alliances with major AI platforms and security ISVs, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Nvidia, Databricks, ServiceNow, and Splunk.
• Build and scale the partnerships practice and team.
• Drive co-build initiatives with partner engineering teams, including AI gateways and other joint technical integrations.
• Run co-sell motions that turn strategic partnerships into revenue.
• Build relationships with partners, lead deep product conversations, and communicate Noma's vision.
• Coordinate AI vendor, security ISV, and cloud alliance partnerships.

Requirements

• Experience building partnerships with AI platforms and security ISVs.
• Hands-on experience with both co-sell and co-build alliance motions.
• Ability to work directly with engineering teams and product managers on joint technical initiatives.
• Proven ability to build and own a partnerships practice and strategy from the ground up.
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills, including the ability to lead deep product conversations.
• Experience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
