Software Engineer 3 (Atlas Clusters Platform)

Salary: $106,000–$209,000 USD base salary per year for U.S.-based candidates

What you will do

• Build and design new features for hirify.global Atlas.
• Contribute to and lead complex technical projects involving cluster planning, execution, and control-plane infrastructure.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to develop user-focused technical solutions.
• Work with customers and support engineers to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Improve the codebase, engineering best practices, and design principles with the team.
• Learn from and mentor other team members.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience writing large-scale, distributed backend systems in a compiled language such as Java, C#, or Go.
• Comfort working across a modern web application stack, including React, TypeScript, or Kubernetes.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider technology: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience launching a new feature and maintaining it in production.
• Must be based in New York City for the hybrid working model.
