Senior Product Manager (Roadmap) (Star Trek Fleet Command)

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap, content strategy, and performance of monthly releases for Star Trek Fleet Command.
• Define and manage the monthly content calendar with design, production, and engineering teams.
• Optimize monetization, engagement, and retention through data analysis and experimentation across the player lifecycle.
• Align content with player motivations, economic balance, progression goals, and business KPIs.
• Use player research, community feedback, personalization, and segmentation to identify product improvements.
• Build business cases for new initiatives, including competitive research and revenue forecasting, while mentoring junior product managers.

Requirements

• Extensive product management experience, ideally with significant responsibility for a free-to-play mobile game.
• Demonstrated success managing monetization, engagement systems, and content development.
• Data-native mindset with the ability to turn performance metrics into strategic insights and actionable plans.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across creative, design, engineering, economy, research, and operations teams.
• Experience using player research, community feedback, or other voice-of-player channels to guide product decisions.
• Experience driving impact across cross-functional product pods.
