Operations Lead (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; on-site. Visa sponsorship is available, with support for relocation to the United States for qualified candidates.

What you will do

• Improve blood draw availability, completion rates, reliability, and error reduction.
• Strengthen specialty diagnostic and vendor operations by evaluating partners, setting service standards, and managing performance and costs.
• Forecast demand, model staffing needs, and improve workforce allocation across member success and clinical operations.
• Use AI and automation to increase operational productivity while maintaining service quality.
• Build repeatable B2B processes for employer onboarding, employee activation, and ongoing service delivery.
• Launch new operational capabilities, including blood draw modalities, prescription operations, virtual appointments, advanced diagnostics, and specialty referrals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in operations, strategy and operations, consulting, or company building, including at least 2 years in an operating role.
• Experience personally building or improving a business operation, such as a service delivery process, vendor network, or workforce model.
• AI-native approach, with the ability to use AI for investigation, workflow automation, and operational scaling.
• Strong systems thinking, analytical skills, and experience forecasting demand, modeling capacity and costs, and sizing opportunities.
• Ability to connect operational decisions to revenue, gross margin, cost-to-serve, and profit.
• Ability to work with frontline teams, technical partners, vendors, leadership, and healthcare operations.
