Country Launch Lead (AI/Robotics)

Location: New York, on-site

Salary: $140,000–$180,000 total wage range, including base salary and on-target incentives where applicable.

hirify.global is building the data infrastructure layer for robotics and embodied AI, including global systems for data capture, data labeling, and hardware-enabled workflows.

What you will do

• Lead new-market expansion projects across legal, operational, financial, and commercial workstreams.
• Perform market feasibility assessments and evaluate data privacy, consent, import/export, and employment-law requirements.
• Establish local legal and physical infrastructure, including entities, bank accounts, payment gateways, offices, warehouses, hardware procurement, and vendor logistics.
• Recruit, onboard, and train founding local teams while implementing operating cadences, standard procedures, and KPI scorecards.
• Transfer stabilized operations to permanent local leadership and continuously improve the global expansion playbook.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in operational leadership, expansion operations, corporate strategy, or general management.
• Experience launching at least one international country end-to-end for a high-growth, operations-intensive company.
• Hands-on experience establishing local legal operations, financial infrastructure, commercial partnerships, vendor contracts, and early hiring.
• Strong problem-solving skills, autonomy, and resilience in unfamiliar international environments.
• Willingness to travel to target expansion regions.

• Experience working with external legal firms and government authorities on complex regulatory matters, cross-border data transfers, and local labor laws.
