Lead - Program Management (SaaS)

Location: San Mateo, United States

Annual base salary: $123,000–$152,000, plus target bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Execute regional Customer Success programs and priorities across the AMER organization.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and improve operational consistency and execution.
• Lead biweekly customer risk reviews, track actions, and communicate risks to leadership.
• Manage weekly Customer Success communications and monthly All Hands presentation content.
• Administer the CSM Awards program and maintain operational documentation and knowledge resources.
• Support quarterly forecasting by validating churn data, resolving discrepancies, and improving data hygiene.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of combined Customer Success and Project or Program Management experience in the SaaS industry.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution and supporting leadership operations.
• Strong project management, organization, communication, facilitation, analytical, and meeting-management skills.
• Experience with forecasting, business metrics, data validation, executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and reports.
• Advanced proficiency using AI to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
