What you will do

• Identify and execute internal AI transformation initiatives across multiple business functions.
• Develop AI roadmaps, priorities, implementation plans, and governance processes.
• Bridge business stakeholders and AI engineering teams to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Track initiative progress, business impact, and investment outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to streamline processes, automate manual work, and implement AI-enabled solutions.

Requirements

• Substantial experience in strategy, transformation, AI enablement, automation, or program management.
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, digital transformation, or technology-enabled change.
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience establishing governance, operating frameworks, and accountability mechanisms.
• Highly organized, proactive, entrepreneurial, and comfortable taking a hands-on approach in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, automation, digital workers, workspaces, or Workbench solutions.
• Experience developing governance for emerging technology initiatives.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide or multi-domain transformation programs.
• Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives.
