Senior Content Product Manager (AI)

Location: United States; remote. U.S. citizenship required.

Salary: $160,000–$210,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own the vision and roadmap for Atom Engine content, including scenarios, units, and entities.
• Translate user needs, company priorities, and stakeholder input into clear requirements and priorities.
• Improve the content lifecycle, including requesting, scoping, creating, validating, maintaining, and reusing content.
• Define standards for content accuracy, consistency, usability, and fitness for purpose.
• Resolve ambiguity, manage competing requests, and enable focused execution by content specialists.
• Work across product, engineering, design, domain experts, and leadership to measure and improve content outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience owning strategy and execution for a complex product, content portfolio, or production workflow.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to turn broad goals into actionable requirements.
• Deep understanding of simulation technologies and workflows.
• Systems-oriented approach to balancing quality, speed, maintainability, and scale.
• Clear communication and ability to align technical teams, domain experts, and senior leadership.
• U.S. citizenship.

• Understanding of or strong interest in military and defense technology.
