Test Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Richmond, Virginia, United States; primarily assigned to an off-shift with flexibility to temporarily train and work other shifts. US work authorization is required.

Salary: $68,600–$109,760 annually

What you will do

• Lead a team within a production unit or line and coordinate manufacturing processes.
• Ensure production schedules and plans meet volume requirements and inventory service levels.
• Organize and allocate resources to achieve production targets efficiently.
• Recommend technical equipment and facility improvements.
• Identify production-area deficiencies and oversee improvement actions.
• Coordinate resolution of critical product and equipment issues with internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and at least 3 years of manufacturing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing or electrical environment is preferred.
• Enhanced knowledge of electrical equipment and the electrical industry is preferred.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Must already have work authorization permitting employment in the United States.
