Quality Engineering Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Niagara Falls, NY, United States; onsite at the hirify.global Thin Film facility. The position is open only to U.S. Persons as defined by applicable ITAR/EAR regulations.

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead Quality Control laboratory operations, personnel, workflows, and quality performance KPIs.
• Establish inspection, testing, and verification procedures for in-process and finished products.
• Maintain equipment utilization, calibration, measurement system analysis, and validation programs.
• Implement and monitor Statistical Process Control systems for critical process parameters.
• Manage customer complaints and CAPA activities, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions.
• Support Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, customer audits, system assessments, and regulatory inspections.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline.
• 4–6 years of experience in a manufacturing quality role.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of SPC, MSA, and statistical quality tools.
• Experience handling customer complaints and CAPA systems.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR/EAR requirements, including U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, refugee status, or asylee status.
