Quality Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Blaine, MN, US; position based in Lexington, MN when the new facility opens in 2027. Onboarding and training will take place in Blaine or Anoka, MN before the opening.

Salary: $89,300–$165,800 annually, with potential eligibility for annual incentives.

What you will do

• Lead daily quality operations and support Quality Technicians in meeting quality, safety, and performance goals.
• Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections, quality metrics, calibration activities, and inspection equipment readiness.
• Maintain and improve the site Quality Management System, documentation, audit readiness, and CAPA activities.
• Lead structured problem-solving using 5 Why, 8D, and RCCM, partnering with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Customer Service.
• Support customer and supplier quality investigations, audits, and improvement initiatives.
• Train and coach employees while building accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and Quality at the Source.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with manufacturing or quality processes.
• Experience in process improvement, planning, Six Sigma, Lean training, and quality systems.
• Experience leading projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Quality certifications such as CQE, CMQ, or CQA and ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor training are strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with optical, multi-sensor, and scanning inspection equipment.
• Experience supporting quality initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites.
