What you will do

• Develop and execute a national growth agenda to expand market share across Canada.
• Build and manage a diversified new-business pipeline, including qualification, forecasting, and high-impact pursuits.
• Partner with Segment Leaders to shape client strategies and identify enterprise-wide growth opportunities.
• Connect clients with capabilities across risk and insurance, people, strategy, and capital.
• Lead strategic pursuits and RFPs, shaping win strategies, value propositions, and executive messaging.
• Lead and develop Producers and Industry Leaders while contributing to Executive Committee strategy and accountability.

Requirements

• Proven success in driving new-business growth and expanding market share.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing sales or producer teams.
• Strong credibility and executive presence with senior business leaders.
• Ability to build external networks and convert relationships into opportunities.
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate insight into action.
• Deep understanding of the Canadian market.
