Senior Technical Program Manager (AI Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Own the master program plan for all initiatives within the strategic Meta–Nebius partnership.
• Translate partnership agreements and technical requirements into multi-quarter roadmaps, dependency maps, milestones, and delivery plans.
• Act as the primary execution counterpart for senior Meta stakeholders and run joint governance forums, executive reviews, and escalation paths.
• Coordinate infrastructure buildouts, capacity planning, deployment, systems integration, and technical onboarding across engineering and operations.
• Identify technical, supply chain, regulatory, and financial risks, establish mitigation plans, and manage critical dependencies.
• Design governance structures, KPIs, decision frameworks, and change-management processes while influencing senior leaders without direct authority.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or an equivalent discipline.
• Proven ownership of large, multi-year, multi-organization technical programs.
• Experience with hyperscale environments, cloud infrastructure providers, large-scale platforms, or data center ecosystems.
• Background in infrastructure delivery, capacity planning, platform or systems integration, and operating model design.
• Experience interfacing directly with external partners or customers at senior levels.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the Netherlands and provide proof of employment eligibility.

Nice to have

• Experience at or with Meta, Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Apple, AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI, or another high-growth infrastructure or AI platform.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders at VP or GM level.
