Senior AI Tech Consultant / Manager (ERP/SAP)

What you will do

• Lead large-scale ERP transformation programmes across multiple workstreams or modules through the full delivery lifecycle.
• Establish programme governance, strategic PMO structures, delivery controls, and value-management practices.
• Develop business cases that connect technology outcomes with measurable business benefits.
• Apply SAP Activate and related methods for template management, release management, and process modelling.
• Design and govern integrated processes across SAP business areas, including Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and Hire-to-Retire.
• Engage senior stakeholders and lead delivery teams across vendors and geographies.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience with ERP systems and consulting experience from a Tier 1/Tier 2 strategy firm or systems integrator.
• Experience leading ERP modules or workstreams end-to-end through the full delivery lifecycle.
• Functional SAP knowledge across areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement, including cross-module integration.
• Strong experience in business case development and value management.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools for analysis, solution-design documentation, testing support, or PMO reporting.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Awareness of AI use cases in ERP/SAP environments, including embedded analytics, automation, and copilots.
• Familiarity with both Agile and traditional ERP delivery methods.
