Business Manager (AI)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid working

What you will do

• Support the development and execution of the COO Analytics strategy and roadmap.
• Drive leadership priorities, track deliverables, and provide structured reporting for decision-making.
• Support budgeting, headcount planning, investment management, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate hiring, workforce planning, leadership meetings, portfolio reviews, demos, and tribe-wide events.
• Improve governance and operational effectiveness while managing risks, dependencies, and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare executive communications and support organizational design, change, culture, capability, and learning initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Management, Strategy, PMO, Consulting, Chief of Staff, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical, organizational, financial planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in complex international environments and managing multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to drive execution and coordinate strategic initiatives.
• Excellent English communication skills required.
