People Transformation Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Deliver and coordinate business readiness through training, enablement, stakeholder engagement, and transition to new ways of working.
• Advise business leaders by translating change needs into clear and actionable initiatives.
• Lead the end-to-end design, delivery, and review of people transformation programmes.
• Coordinate multiple projects and workstreams while building capability across disciplines.
• Provide specialist advice to improve organisational, team, and individual effectiveness.
• Analyse data, assess colleague impacts, build cases for change, and use AI to support insight-led recommendations.

Requirements

• Ability to translate project briefs into practical delivery plans with defined outcomes and milestones.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines, set budgets, and mitigate delivery risks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across functions and organisational levels.
• Strong organisational, prioritisation, analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience in HR business partnering, leadership, people transformation, or cultural change.
• Graduate-level education or equivalent experience; MCIPD or a relevant professional qualification is desirable.
