LAB Ringfence Performance Partner Director

What you will do

• Act as a strategic partner to Practice Area leadership on staffing, utilisation, billability, leakage, and commercial performance.
• Build demand forecasts, capacity plans, pipeline reviews, and sustainable pyramid structures with Finance, People Analytics, and PA leadership.
• Own end-to-end staffing for Project Leader, Principal, and Partner populations, including deployment, leave decisions, affiliation approvals, and talent risk management.
• Support career development through PPPL relationships, calibration, promotion pipelines, succession planning, and CDC preparation.
• Lead the LAB PA & PPPL Performance Team, setting direction, coaching team members, and managing performance.
• Improve People processes and ways of working through scalable delivery, automation, and AI in partnership with regional and global functions.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an international professional services firm.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and influencing at MDP level.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, communication, teaming, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with strong numerical skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Ability to work in London, Brussels, or Amsterdam.
