TL;DR
HR Operations & Delivery Apprentice (HR Operations/Process Improvement): Supporting HR operations projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the employee lifecycle with an accent on process mapping, root cause analysis, and Lean Six Sigma methods. Focus on identifying inefficiencies, improving service delivery, tracking improvement ideas, and collaborating across HR functions.
Location: Manchester, United Kingdom; hybrid working with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home

What you will do
- Build knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle through HR Operations & Delivery projects.
- Support process mapping, root cause analysis, and process improvement using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities to enhance service delivery and employee experience.
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities, including idea intake, documentation, tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Digital, and other HR functions.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and digital tools.
- Interest in AI-enabled technologies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and solve problems.
- Curiosity, proactivity, resilience, and willingness to learn and develop.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
