Operations Generalist

hirify.global is building an AI notepad that helps teams get to the point faster and is scaling from a small team to a growing international company with an office in San Francisco.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day people operations, including contracts, onboarding, benefits, compliance, and employee check-ins.
• Develop people programs such as feedback loops, manager support, and performance processes over time.
• Lead operational projects including ISO, HIPAA, and SOC 2 compliance certifications, data mapping, procurement, and travel and expense policies.
• Automate and improve operational workflows, integrations, and manual processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional operational problems and provide support wherever the operations team needs it.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in operations or a hybrid role.
• Meaningful people operations experience with an interest in building a long-term career in the area.
• Experience creating onboarding processes, policies, tooling, and compliance workflows.
• Ability to use automation and operational tools to reduce manual work.
• Strong judgment about when to introduce process and when to avoid unnecessary complexity.
• Comfort working across a broad and evolving scope in a growing company.
