What you will do

• Shape the three-year growth strategy for the Services portfolio spanning Payments, Lending, Bill Pay, and Workforce Solutions.
• Develop investment priorities, sequencing frameworks, competitive analyses, and long-range planning foundations for senior leadership.
• Identify cross-service growth opportunities including bundling, cross-selling, attachment, and shared customer journeys.
• Build analytical systems and executive-ready narratives that support fast, data-backed decisions.
• Lead cross-portfolio initiatives from problem definition through execution and results.
• Align Product, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, general managers, and functional leaders across the portfolio.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting or strategy and business operations in high-growth environments.
• Exceptional structured problem-solving and analytical skills, including building models and pressure-testing data.
• Experience turning strategy into action and measurable business results.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and align organizations without direct authority.
• Executive-level written and verbal communication skills.
• Native use of AI tools to accelerate analysis, synthesis, and communication.
