Salary: $130,700–$205,200 USD annually, plus potential bonus and/or equity for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Drive strategic direction through data synthesis, in-depth analysis, hypothesis testing, and strategic recommendations.
• Structure analytical approaches and project strategies for large, complex business strategy initiatives.
• Develop recommendations to optimize business and financial performance.
• Lead large cross-functional teams, project communications, guidelines, contingency plans, objectives, and deliverables.
• Advise business executives on strategy formulation, risk management, and growth opportunities.
• Align strategies across businesses, functions, regions, platforms, products, and corporate priorities.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated competence.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in strategic management, strategic planning and implementation, consulting, market research, or a related field.
• Experience with business strategy, business intelligence, data analysis, data modeling, data visualization, and key performance indicators.
• Knowledge of financial analysis, business processes, business requirements, data warehousing, and ETL.
• Ability to lead large cross-division functional teams and solve complex problems with innovative approaches.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with Power BI, Python, R, SQL, or Tableau.
