Network Analysis Manager – Operations Strategy, Planning & Insights (Supply Chain)

Salary: $102,500–$170,500 annual, with possible performance-based incentives or bonuses.

What you will do

• Develop long-term strategies for store, digital, and reverse supply chain networks.
• Analyze and continuously optimize end-to-end supply chain flows, including requirements for network optimization and simulation models.
• Lead project analysis through data collection, diagnosis, scenario modeling, leadership alignment, and deployment planning.
• Translate analysis and workstreams into executive-level narratives and strategic recommendations.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to identify innovation and anticipate future business needs.
• Align Merchandising, Inventory Deployment, Store Operations, Field Operations, Data Science, Technology, and Digital Operations around network trade-offs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of strategic and/or analytical experience.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional, high-profile projects or programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, finance, entrepreneurship, analytics, supply chain, operations management, or a related field.
• Experience creating structure, processes, and prioritization in ambiguous environments.
• Ability to present confidently to senior leaders, listen actively, and incorporate diverse perspectives.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and data-driven storytelling skills.
