Operations Analyst (Ecommerce)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts; hybrid schedule with four days in the office Monday–Thursday and one remote day on Friday. Start dates are June and July 2027.

Salary: $80,000–$90,500 annual base salary, plus a $5,000 joining bonus.

What you will do

• Analyze supply chain operations and develop business cases to improve speed, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Build interactive dashboards and visual reports using Google Sheets or Looker Data Studio.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Business Intelligence.
• Identify supply chain bottlenecks and drive process and tool improvements from diagnosis through execution.
• Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and field teams to scale operational improvements.
• Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Supply Chain, Business Operations, or a related discipline, with graduation expected by June 2027.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship from hirify.global.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and SQL or GBQ.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, collaboration, and business problem-solving skills.
• Comfort using AI in daily workflows to accelerate analysis and recommendations.
