Senior Associate, Dasher & Logistics - Regional Operations (Parcel) Strategy & Operations

Location: Los Angeles, CA; Atlanta, GA; Washington, DC; or Chicago, IL. The role manages regional operations within the United States and requires up to 25% travel.

Salary: $87,000–$128,000 USD annual base salary, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Analyze operational performance, identify root causes, and implement scalable solutions that improve delivery quality, efficiency, and reliability.
• Manage day-to-day operations and site performance within a specific U.S. region.
• Build and implement operating procedures that improve compliance and quality.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Business Development, site leadership, and external partners.
• Support third-party performance across 15–20 locations while maintaining safe and efficient operations.
• Drive improvements in delivery quality, loss prevention, operational efficiency, and merchant experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in on-the-ground warehousing or logistics, preferably in the 3PL sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Ability to independently analyze and synthesize data using SQL and Excel.
• Experience solving ambiguous operational problems using quantitative and qualitative insights.
• Ability to work from one of the listed U.S. locations and travel up to 25%.
• For internal applicants, eligibility under internal mobility guidelines is required.

• Experience scaling operations in a successful startup.
