Forward Deployed PM (AI)

Location: San Francisco, California; on-site

Salary: $155,000–$275,000 per year, plus equity and bonus opportunities

What you will do

• Engage directly with startup and enterprise customers to identify use cases and convert interest into long-term usage and expansion.
• Connect customer technical requirements to hirify.global product offerings and deliver tailored solutions.
• Partner with Sales to define solutions and create proof-of-value demonstrations.
• Help the go-to-market team price products for custom engagements.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to executives, engineers, and other customer stakeholders.
• Identify recurring, high-leverage feature requests and drive product enablement.

Requirements

• 2–8+ years of product management experience building technical or developer-facing products.
• Strong technical background through a CS or EE degree, production engineering experience, or equivalent professional depth.
• Ability to communicate highly technical concepts, including the latest AI developments, to varied audiences.
• Focus on driving customer and business outcomes rather than only technical milestones.
• Ability to navigate complex customer and technical scenarios and develop creative solutions.
• Willingness to work on-site in San Francisco, California.

Nice to have

• Early-stage startup or founding experience.
• Technical product management experience.
