Program Security Representative (PSR) I (SAP)

Location: Onsite in Chantilly, Virginia, United States. Requires 10–25% travel and U.S. citizenship.

Salary: $83,927–$113,549 per year.

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day multi-discipline security support for Special Access Programs, SCI, and collateral activities.
• Ensure compliance with NISPOM, DoD, DCID, ICD, and SAP policies.
• Develop and improve security policies, procedures, systems, and Operations Security training.
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks affecting test, training, and operational activities.
• Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews, close-outs, corrective-action tracking, and oversight.
• Investigate losses or suspected compromises of classified and sensitive information and prepare damage assessments.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required.
• TS/SCI clearance required to start; must be able to attain TS/SCI with CI polygraph.
• At least 5 years of related experience; SAP experience is desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area, an associate degree plus 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience.
• SFPC and SPSC certifications may count toward experience requirements, subject to the stated limits.
• Ability to travel 10–25%.
