Facility Security Manager (TS/SCI)

Base salary: $120,000–$170,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Lead the industrial security program and maintain compliance with 32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM, DoD requirements, and customer security obligations.
• Submit and maintain Facility Clearance sponsorship packages, manage FOCI compliance, and keep DCSA organizational records current.
• Develop and deliver SCG, CUI, OPSEC, indoctrination, refresher, and event-driven security training.
• Review proposals, PWSs, and SOWs; prepare DD Form 254s and provide guidance on security flow-down requirements.
• Manage the full lifecycle of classified information, including safeguarding, tracking, storage, reproduction, destruction, marking, packaging, and secure transmission.
• Investigate security violations, maintain Program Protection Plans and related security documentation, support classified systems monitoring, and report site and program security status.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• Must be a U.S. person under ITAR rules or otherwise eligible for a federally issued export-control license.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience as a Facility Security Officer or Security Manager supporting DoD and Intelligence Community programs.
• Strong command of NISPOM and DoD security protocols.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience briefing executives, employees, and government stakeholders.
