Security Administrator

Location: On-site in Beavercreek, Ohio, United States; travel requirements are minimal at 0–20%.

What you will do

• Support SCI and SAP security programs, procedures, and compliance activities in coordination with the Contractor Special Security Officer.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce SOPs for SCIF and SAPF operations, including facility accreditation and ICD 705 compliance.
• Implement physical security controls covering alarms, access control, TEMPEST compliance, visitor management, and classified material handling.
• Conduct self-inspections, vulnerability assessments, corrective actions, inventories, and security audits.
• Support personnel security actions, access certifications, indoctrinations, debriefings, foreign travel monitoring, and annual training requirements.
• Develop security awareness, OPSEC, Program Protection, and classified material control procedures while coordinating with government security stakeholders.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• Willingness to take a Counterintelligence Polygraph is required.
• Four to eight years of relevant DoD, Intelligence Community, or industrial security experience; relevant experience may substitute for education.
• In-depth knowledge of NISPOM, ICD 705, DoDM 5205.07, and related Intelligence Community security standards.
• Experience with SCIF/SAPF accreditation, compliance documentation, DISS, NISS, NBIS, SCINet, or JADE.
• Ability to lead projects, solve complex problems, coordinate with agencies and contractors, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise-wide security initiatives, policy development, or multi-site operations.
• Experience briefing executive leadership, government customers, and program managers.
• Leadership experience in high-tempo operational environments.
